The PCATS Ask-An-Expert (AAE) Webpage is intended solely as an educational communications tool fostering dialogue regarding the implementation of PCATS standards. All questions submitted to the AAE system are monitored for compliance with PCATS antitrust guidelines and all users agree to abide by PCATS antitrust guidelines. Questions and answers not meeting PCATS antitrust guidelines will not be processed or posted.

The participants agreeing to answer questions via the Ask-An-Expert webpage are volunteers and are under no obligation to provide answers. Answers to questions do not constitute and are not a subsitute for professional consulting or legal advice.
Questions submitted to the AAE system may or may not receive answers depending upon the availability of participants and submect matter of the questions. If an answer to a question is not received after 48 hours of submission, please contact the John Hervey (jhervey@pcats.org) or Scott Wood (swood@pcats.org) for assitance in locating other resources that might be available to you.
