 PCATS Announces Site, Date of 2008 Winter MeetingsALEXANDRIA, VA – April 3, 2007 – The Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS) will hold its 2008 Winter Meetings the week of January 21 at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center in  Orlando, Florida.“We have traditionally held our PCATS Winter Meetings at warm-climate locations, and that will continue in 2008,” said PCATS Executive Director John Hervey. “Based on survey feedback from this year’s attendees, Orlando was the clear favorite for 2008. We are delighted to be able to hold the event at a property of the caliber of the Florida Hotel and Conference Center – a luxurious hotel in a great setting with outstanding meeting facilities.”  The Florida Hotel and Conference Center is located at 1500 Sand Lake Road – just minutes from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios and is adjacent to the Florida Mall – the largest shopping mall in Central Florida with over 250 shops.“Mark your calendars now for the week of January 21, 2008, in Orlando,” said Hervey.  He noted that more details on the event will be released in the coming months.
